This Ruby-throated Hummingbird frequented the feeder on Malia’s back deck. I sat in a chair waiting for a photo opportunity, but it was no easy task to try to stop the action of this active little bird.

Nikon D80, 70-200mm zoom, ISO 400, f5.0 at 1/200 sec.
